Have you started practicing Iyengar Yoga recently? Do you want to challenge yourself a little more? In this workshop we will be looking at some of the level 2 asanas and pranayama for continuing beginners and more experienced students. There will also be an introduction to some of the philosophical concepts of Yoga.

In this workshop you will:

 – practice standing asanas to enliven the legs and spine.

– work on inverted postures like pinca mayurasana, full arm balance, headstand and shoulderstand.

– finish with some supported asanas and pranayama.
