Iyengar Yoga for Beginners course
February 17th 2020 – 23rd March 2020
A six-week comprehensive course for beginners and those wanting a refresher in the foundations of Iyengar Yoga. This weekly course will take place on Monday evenings at 7pm and will incorporate learning the basics of yoga asana. We will focus on alignment, flexibility and learning how to move into and out of standing postures, seated forward bends and you will learn how to do shoulder stand safely. By the end of the course, you will have the confidence and skills to go to a level 1 Iyengar Yoga class and develop your practice further!
